"Everyone should attend one of Leentje's tours, she is very informed about the areas. Yesterday tour was great." (Jenny Ori on Facebook, October 24, 2016)

"Très bon guide, endroits superbes, 5 étoiles sans hésitation !" (Martin Henrard on Facebook - May 29, 2016)

We did the foodie walk, holiday edition last week. We had done a tour with Leentje before, so our expectations were set very high. And....we didn't get disappointed! Once again Leentje has proven to be extremely knowledgeable about Chicago and its rich (culinary) history and present. Leentje's tours are simply wonderful! If you're looking for a great way to spend some time in Chicago and learn and see things about the city you won't get from a book: seek no more, book a tour with Chica-go off the beaten path! (Joris De Backer on Facebook - November 26, 2016)

"Leentje is very passionate about Chicago, knows her stuff and her way around the city. I have lived in Chicago for years, yet during the Foodie tour of Greektown and the West Loop, my 6-year old daughter and I were introduced to several "new" Chicago gems. I felt very welcome and taken care of. My daughter had a blast, too." (Jacqueline Van Haaster Herbstman on Facebook - November 21, 2016)

Welcome to Chica-GO

"In 1996 I visited Chicago for the first time and fell in love with the city. I remember taking a taxi on my first morning to go find a diner recommended in a guidebook. The atmosphere, the food, the setting - it was sensational. Guess where Leentje wanted to meet us for the start of her guided tour?! The only way to get the real vibe of a big city is to tour it with a local. The only way to get a guide that understands you, is to find one that emigrated from your own country. Leentje is all that and more. She clearly loves the city, she knows neighborhoods even regular visitors won't have heard of and she has a story about every building, restaurant, and corner. Recommended!" (Jan Van den Bulck on Facebook - May 30, 2016)

"De wandeling van Leentje is al wat ze moet zijn. Je leert over de stad, je ziet wat je anders niet zou zien, je hebt niet de indruk dat je op tour bent omdat conversatie en informatie door mekaar lopen. En je leert Leentje een beetje kennen - da's ook niet mis." (Rudi Rotthier on Facebook - September 28, 2016)

"My husband and I had the pleasure to go on a tour with Leentje during our recent stay in Chicago. What an amazing experience! I can recommend this tour to everyone. You learn more about the city, the people, the history, the architecture, the culture, ... Leentje is very entertaining and shares lots of little anecdotes. Don't leave Chicago without going on this tour." (Rommy Peeters on Facebook - June 21, 2016)

"Over the last 10 years we visited a lot of cities in the US. NYC has always been our favorite city. One of the few cities we never visited till now was Chicago. As we were only planning to visit the city for a few days we wanted to get the most out of it. So we decided to hire a local guide. And as its always pleasant to be guided in your language, we contacted Leentje, and that was a very good decision... As she lives since a few years in Chicago and knows a lot of locals, she knows a lot of "secret" places. You feel that she loves the city and at the end of the tour we also had the same feeling. Chicago is the cleanest city with a beautifull skyline and has the best restaurants in the USA. Leentje tours you around with passion and make you feel like home. If you have plans to visit Chicago and you need a guide, you know who to contact..." (Nancy Watthé on Facebook - October 23, 2016)
